Festival Iminente launched in Oeiras's municipal garden in 2016, curated by Vhils and Underdogs to place Portuguese and Lusophone urban culture in an international setting. The first edition ran from 23 to 25 September and gathered 15 visual artists. At his own festival, Vhils carved an unidentified face into the wall, giving the platform's stated values of inclusion and visibility a human scale.
