A monumental portrait carved into the façade of a building adjacent to Necker Hospital in Paris, at 149 Rue de Sèvres. Vhils excavated the wall's plaster and brickwork to reveal a human face emerging from the layered surface, with eroded textures and exposed masonry framing the gaze. The carving sets a human presence within the city's medical and architectural fabric.
