In December 2016, Vhils carved a series of portraits across a Hong Kong Tramways stop shelter on Hong Kong Island, part of a mobile-art intervention. Anonymous local faces appeared inside the transit shelter, encountered during ordinary journeys and inserting individual identity into a landscape of movement, advertising and constant change. The installation has since been destroyed.
