Hysan Avenue #2

East Point is one of Hong Kong's busiest retail districts, its hoardings built for constant advertising turnover. In March 2016, Vhils carved a portrait directly into one of these structures on Hysan Avenue — no new support was built for the work. The piece belonged to a series of temporary works examining how commercial images circulate through the city, occupying the same rotation slot normally used for retail campaigns. The billboard has since disappeared.
