Hong Kong — Carved City Walk

Hong Kong · 4 stops · 18.6 km

Hong Kong is where Vhils set up his second studio and where his dialogue with the vertical city runs deepest. This walk crosses three districts — a carved gable in Sheung Wan, the tram-stop advertising posters he hand-carved (long since gone), a HKwalls portrait in Sham Shui Po, and the preserved cotton-mill walls of The Mills in Tsuen Wan. Use the MTR between districts; each stop is a short walk from a station. One hour by ferry, Macau holds the Portuguese mirror of this story.
