Empty Faces (Street Intervention, c. 2007–08)

A face excavated from a dense mass of wheat-pasted posters on a Portuguese street wall, photographed with a passing car in the foreground. The intervention is flanked by posters for the Pias Summer Festival (Pias–Serpa, 25–27 July, headlined by DJ Vibe), '5º Aniversário' strips, and a CCB poster dated 7 December, with a printed '2007' visible nearby, placing the scene around 2007–08. It belongs to the early Empty Faces group of street interventions published on the artist's Cargo Collective portfolio, distinct from the framed Empty Faces Series studio works of the same period.
