Visceral — Caniçada Dam

On the wall of the Caniçada dam in northern Portugal (2018), a face surfaces from the concrete — a worker, and time itself — surrounded by children and branches. Titled “Visceral” (42 × 83 m), it was carved for the EDP Foundation’s art route across dams.
