Incisão at CAIXA Cultural Curitiba presents a forest of salvaged wooden doors arranged as freestanding monoliths across the gallery floor. Each panel — painted in saturated blues, greens, reds and ochres — bears a portrait carved directly into its surface, the faces emerging through layers of stripped paint and exposed grain. The installation transforms discarded urban thresholds into a collective archive of anonymous lives.
