Even if you win the rat race, you're still a rat

Solo exhibition at Vera Cortês Art Agency, Lisbon, presented by the gallery as Alexandre Farto's first solo exhibition at the space. It opened on 9 January 2008 at 22h and ran from 10 January to 21 February 2008, accompanied by a curatorial text by Cíntia Gil. The show returned to the city itself as subject — the gallery treated as 'also a space of the city', whose walls can be excavated until they become transparent, or at least porous enough to let the individual in.
